Content Removal Appeals Process
If you have been depicted in our content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected].
Neutral Body Resolution: If there should be a disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a 3rd party neutral body.
Required Information
To process your appeal, please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and contact information
- Description of the content you wish to have removed (including URLs, usernames, or other identifying information)
- Explanation of why you believe the content should be removed
- Proof of identity (if you are the person depicted in the content)
- Consent information - whether consent was given, withdrawn, or never provided

Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your appeal within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days of receiving all required information, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary based on the complexity of the appeal (in which case we will let you know).
If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal decision, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a 3rd party neutral body, such as a mutually agreed mediator or dispute resolution service. This is intended to ensure fair and impartial resolution of disputes.
The neutral body will review all relevant information and make a final determination regarding the appeal. Both parties will be notified of the decision.
While an appeal is pending, the reported content will remain removed unless we determine, in our sole discretion, that restoration pending review is appropriate. Your account access will not be affected solely due to a pending appeal unless separate grounds for suspension exist.
If, after the appeal process (including neutral-body resolution if applicable), the content is found to comply with our policies, we will restore the content promptly and notify you.
This policy is provided to ensure fair treatment of all parties involved in content disputes. We are committed to reviewing all appeals in a timely and fair manner.
